BCI was founded in 1995, initially as a contract services company. By 1999 BCI was led by a group of likeminded software and systems integration specialists, working in the aerospace and high technology industries, who saw the need for a more disciplined approach to ICT requirements definition, ICT project management and ICT project delivery. Reflecting this change, BCI later changed its name from BCI Contracting to BCI Technology, in 2012.

Supported by our own in house R&D unit, BCI Labs, our company has a proven record in both the public and private sectors in providing premium, specialist products and services that tame the complexity of technology enabled business transformation.  We have won numerous excellence awards for our project delivery and have invested significantly in the continual improvement of our practice, including in tools recognised with innovation awards.  We have a flawless track record in delivering major ICT Programs and Projects on time and to budget.
